Everything about the marquee reservation
Secure your Oktoberfest reservation now for the Boandlkramerei musicians’ tent at the Oide Wiesn. Enjoy the traditional Bavarian atmosphere, live music and that real Oktoberfest feeling – with a convenient online tent reservation.
With your Oktoberfest reservation you secure a complete table (8-10 people) in the Boandlkramerei musicians’ tent – including admission wristbands and vouchers.
Reservations can only be made via our online portal. Collection is not possible. From 20.09.2025, spontaneous bookings are possible directly on site in the tent – against cash or EC payment.
Our marquee is open daily from 10:00 to 23:30. Reservation times are from 11:00 to 16:30 and from 17:00 to 22:30.
The following tokens must be purchased per person:
- Middle aisle: 2 beer tokens + 1 chicken token
- Pit area: additional 1 token à 18 €
Beer sign: 14,80 €
Chicken token: € 18.70
Token: € 18.00 – redeemable for food and drinks
The handling fee is 1.50 euros per person. Admission wristbands from the Boandlkramerei will also be sent.
For the Oide Wiesn, the city of Munich charges an admission fee of 4.00 euros, which we collect when you make your reservation, and the admission wristbands (Oide Wiesn) are also sent out.
After your online booking you will receive a proforma invoice. Payment is made within 7 days by bank transfer. We will then send the vouchers and admission wristbands by courier.
Reserved seats are kept free for 15 minutes after the start of the reservation time. After this time, the reservation expires. In the event of under-occupancy, service staff may fill the table.
Yes, until 01.09.2025 in writing – for a 10 % cancellation fee. Thereafter a 20% fee will be charged. Passing on is only permitted via oktoberfest-booking.com.
